I Have Moderate Glenohumeral Joint Effusion + An Insertional Supraspinatus

I have moderate glenohumeral joint effusion + an insertional supraspinatus tear 12 mm with 80% tear from medial to lateral and extending 8 mm x 6 mm. The tendon is detached and the long head of the biceps is partially torn. There is a chronic SLAP tear. There is also a small anteroinferior acromial spur and minor spurring of the posterior glenoid rim. There is minimal osteo artritis in the AC joint. I had cortison into the bursa 6 weeks ago, take Celebrex 200 mgm daily and Panadol Osteo 3 times daily. I go to the gym and have personal training twice per week.

What are my treatment options?
