I Have Molar Pain, Kindly Help Me Out

Hi, I've got a molar bridge done over ten years and for the first time the gum in that area has swallowed., It is painfull and I took some Ibuprofen. Should I take antibiotics? It started 2 days ago with a very sudden and sharp pain. I've put Anbesol on the gum and it helps only temporary...right now the pain is not that sharp, but it is swallowed with a mild pain. hello,
dont take pain killers without doctors prescription, it may damage your kidney if taken for a long time. visit a dentist. sort out the problem in you bridge. if its due to caries in abutment teeth then can try for rct and then can bridge again.take care

Hi, the abutment or the supporting tooth for the bridge may be decayed or there may be gum and bone inflammation in the region leading to the pain and swelling. You can start antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medicines. Please take a dental OPG and consult your dental surgeon to know the cause and treatment.
