I Have Multiple Autoimmune Diseases: RA, SLE, IC, Reynauds, Sarcoidosis,

I have multiple autoimmune diseases: RA, SLE, IC, Reynauds, sarcoidosis, and sjogrens. I have a large problem controlling my inflammation. I have two questions. First, would chronic (seemingly uncontrollable) postnasal drip be related to my condition? I'm having a hard time narrowing down an allergen. And second, I've been experiencing hand cramping in my dominant hand which is sometimes severe. It began happening only once in awhile but lately has progressed and is an almost constant problem. I have cramping in my feet as well so I'm wondering if this is typical of autoimmune disease or should I be more concerned? And could this be symptom of what I have or something new?
