I Have Noticed Once A Day I Get A Little Fluttering In My Heart, Kindly Help Me

I have noticed that, maybe once a day I get a little fluttering in my heart . what casues this ? 44 years old, I do smoke , is this a heart attack no pain in my arms or chest , just the fluttering.

hello dear,
palpitations that you have could be just due to anxiety and be normal.
but at your age it is better to get an ECG and physician check up to rule out arrhythmia (abnormal heart rhythms) which if missed and present, can be dangerous..one exam may be normal.. may need ECG when you actually have it (fluttering )
just get evaluated and be reassured if all is well.

What you observe here is palpitation (feeling of once own heart beats due to increase in heart rate).

Smoking is a risk factor, for heart attack.
