I Have Numbness In Feet Hands And Sometimes Lips. I

I have numbness in feet hands and sometimes lips. I suffer from migraines. I have pelvic pain that goes down my back and radiates down my legs at times. I had a total hysterectomy in March. I recently had blood tests with a rheumatoid factor of 20 and a crop of 8.8. Other blood tests came back fine I have been referred to a rheumatologist now appt not until January. I have a lot of other issues. Just wondering what this could be,
