I have one hard lump on the inside of my left vagina lip and it's a little smaller than a pencil eraser. it doesnt bother me til i hit it on accident while wiping after using the restaurant or scratch down there.

such lumps if not painful can just be hymen tags, and may be there since birth and you ay never notice it. occasionally it is a site for small abscesses or sebaceous cysts, if it pains or grows in size, visit a doctor.
