I Have Over The Counter HCG Drops You Put 10

I have over the counter HCG drops you put 10 drops under your tongue and wait two minutes then swallow. After day 3 I have a white sore the size of a quarter under my tongue, it is very sore. I rinse with Hydrogen Peroxide every day, but it's not getting better...could this be something else or do you think it's from the drops? I've used these drops before and never had this reaction...
