I Have Pain In Left Knee ,left Leg,left Shoulder ,left Hand & Back Pain
hello sir,I am 26 years old not married, I have pain in left knee ,left leg,left shoulder ,left hand & back pain ,popping from knee and elbow,As the HCM advise i consurned with orthopaedic he examine to me and written 1.Tab.Xtracal daily once for a month, 2.Tab. Nurokind plus daily once for a month,I am using this tablets from 25 days but still there is no improvement,please advise me what should be done to control this..

kindly go for X-Ray Knee joint ---- AP & LAT view to rule out any osteo-Arthritis changes in knee joint
the treatment you are having is appropriate if you do not have any articular pathogenesis , you can include cap BONTON 1 cap thrice a day it is rich sources of natural calcium along with Abha Guggul 1 tab thrice a day

If no relief you should re consult your doctor and report him for problem.He may give
second thought to his previous judgement and may submit you for few invetigations
to rule out conditions causing multiple joint involvement like rheumatic fever,rhematoid
arethritis,uric acid,and collagen disease, which will help him to come to final conclusion
and further line of treatment. Thanks and good luck

first of all dont get confused you are taking medicine for calcium and nerves multi vitamins,,first of all get urine test done for uric acid,kretanin.your problem is some how related to neuropathy so please go for PANCHKARMA TREATMENT,,that is snehan and swedan ,,they will give you massage and medicated steam ..it will give you 99 %results ...many of patients have been treated ,,please find out best ayurveda center near you,,no need to worry mail me at payalrawat16@yahoo.com

Start injection vitcofol 2cc IM. every alternate day for 5 injection(after consult your physician)
Start routine exercise,yoga,pranayam...
Take proper healthy diet.

Sometimes there can be a psychological issue as well....to try to keep mind calm ,and reduce stress. Or you may seek help from a psychiatric counselor for stress management.
