I Have Pain In My Stomach On The Right Side

I have pain in my stomach on the right side that goes into my back and down to the top part of my right leg. I thought that maybe I just needed to clean my system out since I haven't been able to to the bathroom regularly in the past week but that didn't help if anything it made it worse. It hurts to lay down and sit down. I know it's not my appendix either cause I've already had that removed when I was 9.
