I Have Planter Fasciitis In Both Feet. A Heel Spur

I have planter fasciitis in both feet. A heel spur in one and the other has only just started to ache under the arch. My hip is now aching. I am having a bad day as this has been going on for 3-4 months and I feel miserable. I cannot do my normal activities. I have tried to stay positive, doing the exercises but it is getting me down.
I feel week complaining about this when so many people are sick but I just want to be able to live again. I ache all over.
