I Have Pretty Constant Pain In My Hands, Feet, Lower

I have pretty constant pain in my hands, feet, lower back and sometimes my elbows. 800mg tid does not help pain. I rate my pain as moderate to severe. I hAve also tried a tens machine which does not do much to alleviate the pain. What further can I do to alleviate this pain?
