im an 18 year old female with a quarter sized red ring on my ankle..its a possible spider bite but i want to know if its serious?

if you dont have any symptom other than a red patch, than nothing to wory, if you have a red patch which also has symptoms like breathing difficulty, severe body ache, bleeding tendencies than it is serious
