I Have Raised Bumps On The Back Of My Tongue,have

I have raised bumps on the back of my tongue,have had 2 inflamed nodules on right side of outside throat just below my ear for quite some months. Doc had it checked by ultrasound over 6 months ago & then was benign. But over the last few months or so,throat constantly hurts,nodes are lil bit bigger,have had constant sinus infections for the past two years, and this last one was hardly touched when I finally did a round of antibiotics What is going on with me?
