I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With Type 2 Diabetes. I

I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was hospitalized in January for dehydration, acute kidney disease, fluid in lungs. I was also seen in emergency room for vertigo. I rolled off sofa and then was somewhat unresponsive. Could only mumble words. My short term memory is not good, I am fatigued, have sudden weight loss and food does not taste good to me. In short, I have not felt good since I have been diagnosed with diabetes and put on medicine. My glucose levels are good when I check them, but my A1C at diagnosis was 1.8. My creatin level is presently 1.6.
