I Have Recently Noticed A Largish Hard Lump On My

I have recently noticed a largish hard lump on my upper right inner thigh. I have had ingrown hairs before (as I wax) this feels different. It not really painful until I oress it. It's slightly uncomfortable as it may be a nerve. It feels really deep down. It's hard and doesn't move. Is this something to be concerned about or should I just leave it. It has literally grown over the past few days.
