I Have Schizoaffective Disorder And Switched To The Weight Neutral

I have schizoaffective disorder and switched to the weight neutral antipsychotic Latuda. It's only been two weeks, but the hallucinations have not stopped yet and I feel irritated and have been crying over things that happened one year ago. How long does it take for Latuda to work because I really want it to because I was healthier, but gained 40 lbs on zyprexa and that desppressed me. I regularly walk and run. Zyprexa did work, but the weight became a whole new beast that added humililuation on top of my illness. The weight hasn't started to fall off yet. I'm on 40 mg of Latuda now and am considering asking for a higher dose. I don't feel any dyskensia yet
