I Have Seizures Where I Fall Only To My Left

I have seizures where I fall only to my left side and I never know when they're coming on. After the seizure is over my left side goes extremely weak and I am very disoriented, slur my words and have trouble walking (only on left side of my body) recently the top of my left shoulder has gone completely numb and I can't feel anything. I would love any feedback on what could be happening? Thanks!
