It is very rare to have heart problems at this age. Do you have any other problems associated with it? Is the pain related to food intake? How does the pain subside?. All these questions are relevant before coming to any conclusion. It can be related to your eating habits also and usually gastritis is the common cause for such pain. Have less oily, fatty and spicy food. Drink lots of water, have lots of fruits and exercise regularly.
