I Have Several Back Neck Shoulder And Head Ache Issue

I have several back neck shoulder and head ache issue proven thru MRI and x ray I live in Kentucky and only meds for pain I take is ibuprofen and nerrotton don't help much at all and is tearing my stomach up bad been taking them for a period of time is there any thing I can get or do I want to get my life back and I have been told due to all Jimmy's it is impossible to get any thing but what I am on
