I Have Severe Hand, Shoulder, Arm And Leg Pain. Ive

I have severe hand, shoulder, arm and leg pain. Ive had 6 spine surgeries due to disc degeneration, spinal stenosis and mylopathy on cerical, lumbar and thoracic. I just had my last c5-c7 spinal fusion August 30, 2016 since the first fusion did not fuse. My pain is worse then ever. I even lost my voice because my vocal cord is parayzed. I take 10mg hydrocodone every 5 hours but now my doctor is telling my he can not prescribe me anymore. I;ve tried other pain relievers (gabapentin, Lyrica, Aspercreme, and other prescribed meds) but I have had no relief. I also tried physical therapy --nothing. I went to a rhuematoid doctor and she did x-ray with nothing showing abnormal. I can stand all these surgeries with no releif. Any thoughts? I am scared when I can not have anymore Oxycodone for my pain because this is the only thing that makes it a little more bearable for a few hours. all night long hope in and out of the bath because the hot water feels good. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
