I am 25 years of adult ... my hands started shivering alot ... sometimes my legs also shivers ... i m also a regular smoker ... please tell me why it happens? due to masturbation or something else?

its not due to ur masturbation, but might be due to excessive smoking , also may be nerve weakness, so please consult a neurologist for further evaluation .
