I Have Since 2000 Been Without Formed Stools Due To

I have since 2000 been without formed stools due to the neo-bladder that is using my cecum as it's holding tank for urine. This cecum continues to produce mucus which in effect causes the feeling of urinary urgency. As of the missing terminal ileum and the ileocecal valve being no longer there in place, can the medical profession look into inventing a replacement ileo cecal valve for patients like myself who suffers through chronic fatigue and frequent bouts of diarrhea?
