hello doctor , my problem is that, on my glance penis and on inner side of prepuce , there is small reddish dots in clusters, it doesn t pain, is there any skin deases......

You may have a infection so better show it to a doctor and take appropriate treatment so that it doen't aggrevate.Maintain good personal hygeine as well.
