I Have Some Muscular Pain And Heart Pain. I Feel Tired

i m tired , without strenght even to leave home, some muscular pain, and little pain in the heart ... what could be? thanks

Tiredness (also called exhaustion, languidness, languor, lassitude, or listlessness) is a weariness caused by exertion. It can describe a range of afflictions, varying from a general state of lethargy to a specific work-induced burning sensation within one's muscles. It can be both physical and mental. Physical Tiredness is the inability to continue functioning at the level of one's normal abilities. It is ubiquitous in everyday life, but usually becomes particularly noticeable during heavy exercise. Mental Tiredness, on the other hand, rather manifests in somnolence. If your age is eligible for normal exercise does it daily for 30 minutes or 2 hours in a week. Have B12, B complex vitamin C supplements with lots of green vegetables and fish. Stop alcohol etc. Don't sleep in afternoon. Have 6 to 7 hours sleep at regular time. To increase stamina of muscles to hold oxygen for longer time does deep breath yoga or fast morning walk. If your muscles are too weak and physic also then add some fat in body with milk butter, banana, potato etc To exhale toxic from body drink normal water 10 glasses in a day. Quit smoking, Stop junk food, and divert interest in some other fields too. Instead eating two time a day eat 6 to 7 time a day in small phases in small quantity. Multivitamin tablets will also helpful - For quick recovery go to some health food shop and buy saturated protein powder for sport person these brand names are MF whey protein isolate or ask for whey protein - - - Do not much worry you will be fine in 6 months time.
