I Have Something Going On With My Toes. The Second

I have something going on with my toes. the second one from little toe and the next two have blood blisters on their ends. both large toes are red and sore. I originally thought I dropped something on the firs toe when it developed the blood blister one it. then but now I'm not so sure. Don't know what to do. My blood sugar is anywhere from 78 to 92. Any ideas? I could send you a photo if you give me an email address!
