I Have Sore Back With Red Spots

I have had a sore back for several days now. On Sunday i noticed red spots. What does this mean? The spots are not sore and do not itch. I do have the constent feeling of being sick but never actually get sick.

you are suffering from some skin infection you can take haridrakhand 1teaspoon 2times&majisthadi tab 2tab 3times for 15 days. avoid oily &spicy food.
