Hi, I have my mouth sore and back of my thraot kind tingling/burning sensation and also pain behind my head precisly skull and upper neck.. all started since had gllabladder removed ..so confuse with those symptomes I am having osteopath session that reduce my neck tension now all went to my skull feel a lot pressure , i had X ray all came out fine , my Osteopath is saying that I am very tighed and tense .. can you help as I dont if both myneck/back of my head and mouth sore are related ? I know that I was on vitamine D deficeincy now I am 35 still low ..can you help please
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood that you have pain the oral cavity, soreness in throat, pain at the back of head where it meets upper neck. All these things started after gall bladder surgery. All these symptoms may be correlated well. During general anesthesia, there may be an injury to the throat. Secondary infection can cause the symptoms. The spasm of neck muscles cause the pain in upper neck and headache. I would advise you the following: CT scan oh the brain and sinuses. Tests of blood, urine. Clinical evaluation by an ENT Surgeon for an early diagnosis and proper further managementra.
