General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have pain the oral cavity, soreness in throat, pain at the back of head where it meets upper neck.
All these things started after gall bladder surgery.
All these symptoms may be correlated well.
During general anesthesia, there may be an injury to the throat.
Secondary infection can cause the symptoms.
The spasm of neck muscles cause the pain in upper neck and headache.
I would advise you the following:
CT scan oh the brain and sinuses.
Tests of blood, urine.
Clinical evaluation by an ENT Surgeon for an early diagnosis and proper further managementra.
I find this answer helpful
