The sore starts out like a blister and then when it is opened grows larger and goes inward and it takes a long time to heal

Hi,thanks for query.You not mentioned the site of this.In any case you need to regular dressing with antibiotic.Have to have good hygiene and get your blood sugar checked if not done.If the same area is affected every time you need to look for some undue pressure on that part.bye.
