I Have Started Getting Severe Muscle Pain When Working .

I have started getting severe muscle pain when working . I was using wire cutters and my hand arm and shoulder muscles all hurt very bad when trying to cut the wire. When I stop trying to cut the wire this went away. This severe muscle pain is happing every day when I strain and it is some thing new for me. I am getting this in arms ,legs ,shoulders .
