I Have Suffered From Hand, Finger And Wrist Pain For

I have suffered from hand, finger and wrist pain for several years. I have been to many specialists, and after multiple x-rays, nerve tests and cat scans, I still have no diagnosis. The pain comes on without warning, and can be so severe that I can't pick up or grip anything like a brush. I have been seeing a chiropractor and getting massages weekly for almost a year thinking that my issue was related to neck pain. The painful attacks HAVE been less frequent, but the pain is still intense when I do have it. Another weird symptom...I am unable to bend my fingers backwards at all. It's almost as though something is way too tight. Any ideas of what my issue could be?
