I Have Symptoms Of Bronchitis And I Have Some Left

I have symptoms of bronchitis and I have some left over penicillin vk 500 Mg from a previous tooth infection. And i have been spitting up yellow phlegm. And Have completely lost my voice and sound very hoarse. I have a pro air inhaler and yes I currently am a smoker. I work in a hotel which I also was adding to that factor of all the traveling people and I'm a pretty healthy person overrall and stay in shape. Beside the obvious to not smoke and what not would this penicillin be any use for me to take to help speed up the sickness?
