I have tears around my foreskin and i endure much pain when i try to retract it causing new tears. what do i do?

Why this tears happened...?After forceful sex..?
You have to take care for local hygiene.
Apply some mosturiser with skin cream containing Antibiotic.
Gratually it will heal than try to retract your skin otherwise there will be delay in healing.
Consult dermatologist for better madical management.
