I Have Testicle Ache Even Though There Is No Swelling

hi there, I have an ache in right testicle. there is no swelling and scrotum feels normal and elastic. I have normal urination and ejaculation. There is no lump and the testes are ok to touch. There is some tenderness above the testes when pressed on. I remember having a prolonged erection for over 3-5 hours about three weeks ago and since that evening I have had this ache. I have been on anti-imflamotories for 5 days and the ache seems to come and go. Just thought I would ask for your opinion. hopefully someone can help me out. Should I consult a doc or just keep resting and hope for the best. the pain is about a 2/10. please let me know asap thankyou.

There may be a mild infection causing epididymitis. You need to do a Urine test to rule out. The other possibilitis are a mild torsion of the testis and also varicocele. This can be confirmed by doing an Ultrasound at the Doctor's. If you develop increasing pain and vomiting you need to consult a Surgeon. Avoid taking many anti-inflammatory medication as it could cause a stomach ulcer.
