I Have The Mirena Birth Control Iud. I Have Not

I have the Mirena birth control iud. I have not had sex since the insertion in 2 years. Recently I have had sexual intercourse several times in the past 2 weeks all with out condom or any other method of birth control. Recently I am having the same symptoms I had before I knew I was pregnant with my first child. Gas, nausea, headache, weight loss, and frequent urination. Could I be showing signs of real pregnancy this early after conception.
