I Have These Big Dark Spots On My Mons Pubis.

I have these big dark spots on my mons pubis. It's been there for a quite sometime I thought it would go away but it hasn't. I'm pretty sure it's not from ingrown hair because the spot is not small. Also bumps like acne with puss inside and some with blood. Sometimes it itches. I had intercourse before and I used protection. I went to the gyn before and they said I'm clean. It happened after. The discharge is clear there is no funky smell. Can you please help me understand what do I have.
