I Have This Weird On And Off Numbness On My

I have this weird on and off numbness on my stomach on the outside of where my stomach would approximately be located inside. The numbness comes and goes more so when I eat a meal to as long as 4 hours after. It's about 1.5 inches about my belly button located in the center. I have been having digestive issues, but not to any severe level. I have had a lot of digestive issues in the past and this is the first time this has happened. It feels like a pinch nerve but slightly different. I am a 20 year old male, 6.0 ft, approximately 130lbs. I've been eating a diet of fruit, bread, and beans lately. I have also started eating gluten for the first time in awhile (in the bread). What's up with me, Doc?
