I Have Three Small White Bumps (Seem Like They Are

I have three small white bumps (Seem like they are under the skin) on my penis. They are located by the entrance of the urethra in the area that is not quite the "Head" of the penis. They have been there for about a week and they sting when touched, or when the penis rubs on my underwear. It does not hurt when I pee. Any idea?? I have not been with a different woman in more than 10 years.
