I Have To Make A Bowel Movement

I have to make a bowel movement but it just wont come out. the pain is terrible. everytime i try and go i sit there and nothing comes out. its like it is clogged. what is the cause of this and how can i resolve it ?

It is very hard. Drink good amount of water and other fluids. Exercise well. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables.
