Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

You are having palpitations due to the presence of excessive nicotine in your body. You are too young to smoke as your body is still growing and is vulnerable to damage by all kinds of toxins. Also, the number of cigarettes that you are smoking is quite high. Your symptoms are just your body's way of telling you to stop abusing it and to quit smoking. If you do not quit, you are at a serious risk of developing heart and lung disease at a very young age.

Best wishes.
