I Have Two Mechanical Valves (aorta & Mitral). Have Done

I have two mechanical valves (aorta & mitral). Have done well since the surgery in Nov. 2006. Have had a tendency for low blood pressure. I take Sotalol 80 mg. per day, Warfarin 3 mg. per day, and fludrocortisone 0.1 mg. per day. I also have PD and take Azilect 1mg. per day and Pramipexole 0.25 mg. 3 times per day. For the last few days I have had fluctuating BP and heart rate (do not know if I am having skips except for periodic big ones). Feeling tired, lack of energy, and a bit short of breath. Had a good six-month cardiac check on June 25. Thinking about calling the cardiac clinic tomorrow to get in for another check. I am 70 and otherwise in good condition. What do you think?
