Hi. Recently I have noticed small white pin point 1mm sized bumps near my frenulum. They appear symmetrical on both sides of the frenulum. I fear these may be genital warts because I did have unprotected sex 3 months ago. I was wondering if genital warts can appear symmetrical because I ve been looking at these bumps on my penis and they look extremely symmetrical. I have done some research and I m more convinced that they are normal and they could just be pearly penile papules because I have read they can form around the frenulum. They haven t changed in size and they don t seem to have the cauliflower appearance of genital warts. Just curious as to what these are. Thank you so much for your help!
