I Haven't Stopped Spitting And Blowing My Nose For 3

I haven't stopped spitting and blowing my nose for 3 and 1/2 hours. I woke up with the worst sore throat I have ever had and immediately started spitting and blowing my nose. I took Claritin and sprayed Flonase. I brushed my teeth and even (attempted) to eat breakfast. Nothing is stopping this excessive spit and snot from pouring out of me. What can I do from home that will make this stop??

(This has happened one other time many months ago but it didn't last this long. Maybe an hour or hour and a half.)
