I Hit The Top Surface Of My Right Side Head

I hit the top surface of my right side head on a cabinet door last night. Enough for a small flow of blood. Only a bit of swelling this morning, But - this afternoon i am aware of lightning flashes of light down the outer portion of my right eye visual field. Maybe one every 10 minutes. Not an accurate estimate. I can call either primary care or opthamologist in the morning. Appt could be morning or late afternoon. Any deeper suggestions ? Thanks, Dave
