I Hope So... I Am 63 Yr Old F ..I

I hope so... I am 63 yr old F ..I fell July 2015, injuring rt hip, rt chest bruised black and blue for 2wks (above breast) lt knee (bursitis) and fx lt wrist.
I have been to ortho MD since, he says I need hip replacement due to arthritis. I want another choice...I think something else is going on. Every now and then prior to fall I would have joint pain and stiffness, I thought from sitting to much. However since the fall I have had quite unbearable pain in groin and hip. MD gave me a steroid shot (did not help), now I also have radiating pain down my right leg with pain in my knee and sometimes swollen. with night leg cramps and I also have a lump in thigh muscle (I had lump for a couple of years. MD said might be lipid/adhesions?? I tried using the symptom calculator on this site...but it is getting to confusing and right now I am in terrible pain and to top it off I have a sinus infection with a common cold. do you have an ideas what is causing all this discomfort and pain?
