I Hope Someone Can .I Am In Need Of A

I hope someone can .I am in need of a counselor someone to talk to about my problems I've been diagnosed with bipolar depression we have two places in our town and I cannot see either one of them they don't take my insurance or they refused to see me because I didn't call and cancel my appointment with them and it's three-strikes-and-you're-out I have no money I live on $968 a month disability by the time I pay my medicare and my insurance I have to pay for rent ,food .I have .no money to pay for a counselor or psychiatrist.thank you .I gess yr like the other eve one has to have money so no help for you sorry to bother you.
