I Just Found Out On The 6th Of January After

I just found out on the 6th of January after having been on a heart mon. for two weeks that I now have heart failure. I have been taken off of two medications so that I could start Intresto (sorry about the spelling I am up stairs and My meds are down) on the 9th of Jan. For the first time today my left hand is very cold to the touch and my right hand is normal temperature. I also have weakened heart muscles. Can you tell me if this is something that I need to call my heart dr. about.
