I Just Had An Ultrasound Due To Severe Pain To

I just had an ultrasound due to severe pain to my right lower pelvic/kidney area and it showed I have a cyst 5.8 x 3.1 x 2.5 with two more cysts inside of that one both measuring 2 x 2.. I have only my right ovary left from a hysterectomy 3 years ago. When I go to my specialist next week I want him to just remove it cause I cannot function normally. Been like this for 3 weeks now
