I Just Noticed Dark Blue Veins On My 8yr Old

I just noticed dark blue veins on my 8yr old daughter's back. They are from her waist to the top of her butt and around the sides. Is this anything to be concerned with? She is a bit overweight but very active in cheer and tumbling. She also gets frequent bloody noses but is otherwise healthy.
