I Just Started Taking Antabuse And Am Reading All I

I just started taking antabuse and am reading all I can about what I can't drink or use. I understand the alcoholic beverages, the cough syrup, mouth wash, and wine vinegar but am confused about regular vinegar in other products and things like lotions that say they contain alcohol. How careful do I need to be with those things like the lotion, etc. I want to do this right and not get myself in trouble by accident.
