I Know Someone Who Had Urachal Cyst Surgery In His

I know someone who had urachal cyst surgery in his mid twenties. It was so large, he has a scare about 5-7inches down his midline abdomen. They removed a lot of muscle and tissue and said he was a medical anomaly. He's fine and healthy. I just met him 2 years ago, and it it has been 10 years since his surgery. Everything works fine, except He can't talk about his embarrassing issue. His issue...basically, He has to fart everytime he orgasms. I'm not sure if this has been since the surgery or his whole life. But he can't control it, nor talk about it. Is this something related to the surgery? fixable?
